Soy wax is a natural product which comes from the Soya Bean. It is clean burning, 100% natural and non-toxic. It is safe for you and the environment. There are no nasties, unlike Paraffin candles which are a petroleum by-product created when crude oil is refined into gasoline.

It is important that when burning your new Danajé Soy Candle for the first time you allow the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the vessel it is set in, allow approximately 2-3 hours. Doing this will prevent tunnelling. Tunnelling is when the wick burns straight down the centre of a candle without creating a full melt pool. It is also a good idea to trim your wick to approximately 5mm before re lighting your candle. Never to leave a candle unattended or in reach of children, pets or a draft. Allow the jar to cool completely before handling.

All candles are made to order and leave our studio within 24-48 business hours and can take 3-10 days to arrive. We only accept orders within Australia. All orders are sent via Australia Post.

We are sure that you will love your new Danajé soy candle, however should your product be received damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service department at info@danaje.com.au Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. AEST. We will instruct you on how to return your purchase. To receive a full refund or exchange, you must return your purchase within 14 days of original purchase. Your purchase must be returned in new condition (UNUSED) with original packaging and accessories. We cannot refund your money if your candle has been used.

Our candles are made to order, ensuring the best possible quality. Candles are made and dispatched within 3 days of the order date. We have a flat shipping rate of $10.00, and orders over $120 are eligible for free delivery. We ship using Australia post. Delivery times are 2 - 5 days from dispatch.
